Eshotel Paris Restaurant

A hotelschool must have its own gastronomic restaurant where the students will find the proper environment to learn the techniques of French gastronomic art, including kitchen work.

The gastronomic restaurant

The restaurant is open to the public every lunch during the week when the school is open.

First year, second year Bachelor students and the prepa will prepare all the traditional French meals.

The restaurant is supervised by professionals, along with the students, they offer a three-course meal for 18 euros.

The students will be delighted to help organise your cocktails and reception at Eshotel. We also rent conference rooms up to 50 participants, lunch included or not.

Self-service restaurant

Our self-service is open to the public Monday to Friday year round. The menu is a 3-element meal for 8.20 €.
