Bachelor 2 (BTS Hôtellerie Restauration)

The second year of the programme can be studied full-time or part-time while working in the greatest hotels of Paris. A work permit for France may be required for part-time studies. Opportunity for direct admission following a professional experience.

M1 Majeure de Management

This year offers the British level-6 state diploma (bac+4), Ofqual approved, in addition to ESH Majeure, delivered in partnership with exceptional hotels and international hotel chains. In 2013, ESH hotel sponsor is Shangri-La Paris.

M1 and M2 programmes are available in Paris and London. M1 is taught in French in Paris and in English on our London campus.

M2 Master de Management

This state-of-the-art hotel school cursus offers an international management program both in Paris and London. In Paris, students prepare the Master in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, in partnership with London South Bank University. The final year of ESHotel program in London offers CTH level-7 state diploma (bac+5), Ofqual approved with a pathway to the Master at London South Bank University.

In 2012, the M2 Jury included the Europe Vice-President for Hyatt, Area Human Resources Manager for Starwood and the general managers of Le Meurice, InterContinental Paris and Hyatt Regency Madeleine.
