Bachelor in hotel management and catering

Eshotel is teaching the French state diploma in hotel management and catering. It is a 3-year program developped and supported by the hotel industry in France.

1 - Bachelor 1st year - The first year of the Bachelor is based on professional teaching (culinary art and restaurant work). 50% of the courses take place in the gastronomic restaurant and the profesionnal kitchen in the school.

2 - Bachelor second year - The second year can be studied part-time, the students will work in a hotel or restaurant one week out of two. Cooperative education fees are provided by the hotel industry and the students receive salaries. During the second year, less technical work allow the management courses to begin.

Bachelor 3rd year - The last year of the program is aimed at developing management skills.

After the Bachelor, the Master is a two-year program starting with the first year in Paris or in London and the second year (only in Paris) with 3 options : Master of Marketing in Hospitality Management, Master of Finance in Hospitality Management or Maste of Science in International Hospitality.
