American citizen, Pr. Konold is a personal career coach. She worked in the personnel Department of Arthur Andersen & Cie, Paris, as executive relocation manager and as Chief of Staff to the President of Mumm Champagne. Pr. Konold developed specialized hotel seminars in the executive education programs at IMHI (ESSEC) such as ACCOR Group's "Vivier". |

Don Whitehead has been a teacher for more than 15 years in the Hotel School at Cornell University, the best in the U.S.A. He is currently President of Hospitality Enterprises, a consulting firm in New York. He flies in from New York every year to teach the franchising seminar at Eshotel. |

Dr. Holleran obtained a master's degree in business administration (MBA) at the University of St. Thomas and a master's in Parks, Recreation and Tourism at Michigan State University. Following a government career, Jim went on to obtain his PhD at Michigan State University, adding a minor in marketing. He also teaches at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. |
